As an international marketing specialist with 30+ years of building & real estate experience combined. Luigi Kalaj comes from a long career with Coldwell Banker where he and his team focused on marketing and selling premium residential properties on the West Coast of Florida. A board member for the MLS Committee, Luigi Kalaj has was ranked in the Top 2^ of 120,000 real estate associates internationally. He was recognized as a top producing agent "I am very excited to be joining the RE/MAX Action First Team. RE/MAX is home to some of the best agents and they have set the standard in the real estate industry." Luigi Kalaj has lived in the Clearwater area for 25 years. He supports several community non-profit organizations such as public school foundations, hat for humanity, and many more.
Lucia who is Luigi's sister has been in the top 1% of realtors nationwide. She also holds a real estate license in the state of Michigan where she has been participating in real estate for over 15 years. She has her Associate Brokers License as well.
Anna who is Lucia's and Luigi's sister has worked on many different projects with the team and has been a great addition as well. She has lived in the Clearwater area for over 20 years and knows the area inside and out.
